This customer is a world-leading lifting equipment group serving a broad customer base, including the manufacturing and process industries, shipyards, ports and terminals. The customer turned to NOTE while searching for a reliable partner capable of supporting it right through the product lifecycle of a critical control and communications unit. NOTE developed the first prototypes more than ten years ago, and is currently running serial production and spare parts manufacture.
