Box build

Compliance with IPC Class 2 and 3

Our factories meet the requirements for IPC standard Class 2 and Class 3, which are important in the EMS industry. This ensures that we as a contract manufacturer of electronic products have high quality and reliability of the products we manufacture. Employees in our factories regularly go through various IPC trainings.

Automated optical inspection (AOI) of each PCBA

Given all the errors that may occur during the manufacturing process of a PCBA, it is impossible to manually inspect each circuit board and find the errors with the naked eye. We use modern Automated optical inspection machines that check each PCBA/circuit board, and the operation is monitored by our engineers. AOI technology ensures that our customers get flawless devices.

In-circuit testing (ICT) and flying probe testing provide high quality troubleshooting

ICT is a powerful tool for PCBA testing. With us, testing usually takes place in seconds, with high-quality troubleshooting. We also offer flying probe tests, which are excellent for measuring resistance, voltage and other contact points on the circuit boards.
