The Board of Directors of NOTE AB (publ) (\u201dNOTE\u201d) decided on 30 August 2024, based on the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on 18 April 2024, to acquire own shares on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Board of Directors has today decided to change party for the repurchase of own shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken will not conduct repurchases under NOTE's repurchase programme. The buy-backs will be conducted by Carnegie Investment Bank AB, which will act on instructions from NOTE.<\/p>\n

The total number of shares in NOTE amounts to 28,983,600. At the time of this press release, NOTE holds no own shares.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
