In total, this means that the company will receive approximately SEK 12 million and the number of outstanding shares will increase by 400,000, which means a dilution of just over 1%. After certain divestments to finance the share acquisition, Johannes's holdings privately, via companies and related parties will amount to 497,100 shares in NOTE. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span><span><span><em><span><span>\u201dNOTE's sales and profitability have developed successfully in recent years. 2021 was a new record year, and in connection with our Q4 report, we announced that we expect very strong growth in 2022 as well.
