In accordance with the resolution of the AGM, the members of the Nomination Committee shall be appointed, no later than six months before the AGM, by the four shareholders with the largest holding in NOTE who wish to appoint a representative. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The nomination committee consists of:
\n- Johan Hagberg, own holding<\/span><\/span>
\n- Egil Dahl, Vevlen Farm
\n- Thomas Tang, Mediuminvest A\/S
\n- Per Olof Andersson, own holding and Myggen\u00e4s G\u00e5rd and Fredrik Hagberg<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Among the tasks of the Nomination Committee is to prepare proposals to the AGM regarding the Chairman of the AGM, the Chairman of the Board, Board members, auditors and remuneration of the Board. The Nomination Committee also prepares principles for the appointment of the Nomination Committee for the next AGM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE's AGM will be held in Stockholm on Thursday 23 April 2026. Shareholders with proposals for the Nomination Committee can send them by email to ir@note-ems.com (state \u201dNomination Committee\u201d in the subject line) by 5 March 2026.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
