In accordance with the resolution of the AGM, the members of the Nomination Committee shall be appointed, no later than six months before the AGM, by the four shareholders with the largest holding in NOTE who wish to appoint a representative. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The nomination committee consists of:<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n- Johan Hagberg, own holding<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n- Thomas Tang, Mediuminvest A\/S<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n- Fredrik Hagberg, own holding<\/span><\/span><\/span>
\n- Per Olof Andersson, own holding<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Among the tasks of the Nomination Committee is to prepare proposals to the AGM regarding the Chairman of the AGM, the Chairman of the Board, Board members, auditors and remuneration of the Board. The Nomination Committee also prepares principles for the appointment of the Nomination Committee for the next AGM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE's Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on Monday 19 April 2021. Shareholders with proposals for the Nomination Committee can send them by email to info@note.eu (state \u201dNomination Committee\u201d in the subject line) no later than 1 March 2021. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
