NOTE's AGM 2017 resolved to introduce a three-year incentive programme for group management and key personnel based on a directed issue of a maximum of 600,000 warrants. After previous repurchases, 500,000 warrants remain. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All participants have decided to acquire shares in full according to the terms of the programme. In total, this means that the company will receive SEK 11,650,000. The number of shares will be increased by
\n500,000, which corresponds to a dilution of just under 2%. To enable the financing of the participants' share purchases, a certain sale of shares is expected to take place.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
