NOTE's Nomination Committee proposes that the number of members elected by the AGM should be six. As Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson has declined re-election, the Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of Johan Hagberg (Chairman), Anna Belfrage, Kaj Falkenlund, Bahare Hederstierna, Claes Mellgren and Charlotte Stjerngren.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE's Nomination Committee for the 2020 AGM consists of:
\n- Johan Hagberg, own holding
\n- Martin Nilsson, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, Catella Fondf\u00f6rvaltning
\n- Niklas Johansson, Handelsbanken Fonder
\n- Thomas Tang, Mediuminvest A\/S<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be published in connection with the notice to the 2021 Annual General Meeting.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
