A total of 380,000 warrants were allocated in accordance with the principles resolved by the AGM.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span><span>The warrants have a term of just over three years, until May 2027. The warrants are transferred on market terms. The exercise price is SEK 174.60. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one NOTE share.<\/p>\n<p> Including the three-year incentive programme of 600,0000 warrants initiated last year, up to 980,000 shares may be issued if the warrants are fully exercised.
