The call options relate to 2% of the total number of outstanding shares in NOTE.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><span>The call options relate to a total of 577,453 shares of Creade's existing holding in NOTE. Accordingly, the options do not dilute other shareholders' shareholdings in NOTE.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><span>An agreement between Creades and participants Stefan Hedelius, Henrik Nygren, Robert Rosenzweig and Fredrik Schultz was signed on 8 February 2017. Each call option entitles the holder to purchase one share in NOTE from Creades at an exercise price of SEK 17.58 in cash during the period 25 October-8 November 2017.
