(on behalf of Museion F\u00f6rvaltning AB)<\/p>\n<p>The Nomination Committee is appointed by shareholders who together represent approximately 40 per cent of the votes for all shares in the company.<\/p>\n<p>Among the tasks of the Nomination Committee is to prepare proposals to the AGM regarding the Chairman of the AGM, the Chairman of the Board, Board members, auditors and remuneration of the Board. The Nomination Committee also prepares principles for the appointment of the Nomination Committee for the next AGM.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE's AGM will be held in Stockholm on Tuesday 19 April 2016.
