{"id":15730,"date":"2013-10-22T11:45:00","date_gmt":"2013-10-22T09:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.note-ems.com\/press-releases\/notes-valberedning-infor-arsstamman-2014\/"},"modified":"2025-12-02T08:28:25","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T07:28:25","slug":"notes-of-the-nomination-committee-for-the-2014-annual-general-meeting","status":"publish","type":"mfn_news","link":"https:\/\/www.note-ems.com\/en\/pressmeddelande\/notes-valberedning-infor-arsstamman-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTE's Nomination Committee for the 2014 Annual General Meeting"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span>In accordance with the resolution of the AGM, the members of the Nomination Committee are to be appointed by the four shareholders with the largest holding in NOTE who wish to appoint a representative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span> The nomination committee consists of:<br \/>- Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson, own holding <br \/> - Bruce Grant, Garden Growth Capital LLC<br \/>- Daniel Nyhr\u00e9n, Creades AB <br \/> - Peter Zonabend, Banque Carnegie Luxembourg S.A.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Nomination Committee is appointed by shareholders who together represent approximately 40 per cent of the votes for all shares in the company.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Among the tasks of the Nomination Committee is to prepare proposals to the AGM regarding the Chairman of the AGM, the Chairman of the Board, Board members, auditors and remuneration of the Board. The Nomination Committee also prepares principles for the appointment of the Nomination Committee for the next AGM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>NOTE's AGM will be held in Stockholm on Friday 25 April 2014.
