The Committee also prepares a process for the appointment of the Nomination Committee for the following year. <\/p>\n<p>The Nomination Committee for the 2012 Annual General Meeting consists of: <br \/>- Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson, representing own holding<br \/>- Bruce Grant, representing Garden Growth Capital LLC<br \/><\/span><span>- Daniel Nyhr\u00e9n, representing Investment AB \u00d6resund <br \/>- Mr Peter Zonabend, representing Banque Carnegie Luxembourg SA<\/p>\n<p>NOTE's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in Stockholm on Wednesday 25 April 2012.
