The Committee also prepares a process for the appointment of the Nomination Committee for the following year. <\/p>\n<p>The Nomination Committee for the 2011 Annual General Meeting consists of: <\/p>\n<p>- Stefan Charette, representing Investment AB \u00d6resund <br \/>- Bruce Grant, representing Garden Growth Capital <br \/>- Mr Christer Sandberg, representing Banque Carnegie Luxembourg SA<br \/>- Ulf Str\u00f6msten, representing Catella Fondf\u00f6rvaltning. <\/p>\n<p>NOTE's Annual General Meeting will be held in Stockholm on Thursday 28 April 2011. <\/p>\n<p>Shareholders wishing to have a matter considered at the AGM can send this by e-mail to info@note.eu or to the Board of Directors of NOTE AB, c\/o Henrik Nygren, Box 711, SE-182 17 Danderyd, Sweden.
