This supplementary prospectus (the \u201dSupplementary Prospectus\u201d) has been prepared because NOTE has published its interim report for the period January-March 2010. The Supplementary Prospectus is available on NOTE's website www.note.eu and on HQ Bank's website www.hq.se. To obtain a copy of the Supplementary Prospectus, please contact HQ Bank on telephone +46 8 790 09 40.<\/p>\n<p>Right of cancellation in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 34 of the Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980)<br \/>\nInvestors who, prior to the publication of the Supplementary Prospectus, have applied for or otherwise consented to the purchase or subscription of the securities covered by the rights issue have the right to withdraw their application or consent within five working days of the publication of the Supplementary Prospectus, i.e. up to and including 5 May 2010. Withdrawal must be made in writing to HQ Bank or, if the subscription application has been made through a nominee, to the nominee. A form for cancellation of subscription applications from directly registered shareholders is available for download on NOTE's website www.note.eu and on HQ Bank's website www.hq.se and can be ordered from HQ Bank on telephone +46 8 790 09 40.
