The AGM took the following decisions, among others: <\/p>\n
- to pay a dividend of SEK 2.75 per share, or a total of SEK 26.5 million, for the financial year 2007, in accordance with the Board's proposal. The record date was set for Wednesday 23 April and the dividend is expected to be distributed on Monday 28 April 2008<\/p>\n
- to discharge the Board of Directors and the Managing Director from liability for 2007 <\/p>\n
- to re-elect Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson, Arne Forslund, H\u00e5kan Gellerstedt, Bruce Grant, G\u00f6ran Jansson, Hans Johansson and Per-Arne Sandstr\u00f6m as members of the Board of Directors until the next Annual General Meeting, in accordance with the Nomination Committee's proposal. Mr Bruce Grant was re-elected Chairman of the Board and Mr G\u00f6ran Jansson was elected Vice Chairman.<\/p>\n
- in accordance with the Nomination Committee's proposal, to set the remuneration to the Board for the period until the next Annual General Meeting at SEK 200,000 to the Chairman, SEK 150,000 to the Vice Chairman, SEK 100,000 to a member who is not employed by the company and to allocate a maximum of SEK 60,000 for committee work within the Board<\/p>\n
- to appoint \u00d6hrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB as auditor in accordance with the Nomination Committee's proposal, with Magnus Br\u00e4ndstr\u00f6m as auditor in charge and Anders Magnussen as co-signing auditor<\/p>\n
- to appoint a Nomination Committee for the 2009 Annual General Meeting according to the principles described in the notice<\/p>\n
- to authorise the Board of Directors to decide on issues of shares in kind and by way of set-off, as well as on the acquisition and transfer of own shares in accordance with the same principles.<\/p>\n
