Ulf Mikaelsson and Arne Forslund have declined re-election. The Nomination Committee proposes Kaj Samlin and Magnus Dybeck as new members of the Board. <\/p>\n<p>It is further proposed that Curt L\u00f6nnstr\u00f6m, born 1943, MBA, be elected Chairman of the Board. Mr L\u00f6nnstr\u00f6m also has board assignments in e.g. Catena, Poolia, HQ Bank, Uniflex. Mr L\u00f6nnstr\u00f6m, Mr Samlin and Mr Svensson are \u201dindependent members\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dAs principal owner of the company, I am very pleased that such an experienced industrialist as Curt L\u00f6nnstr\u00f6m has agreed to take over the chairmanship of NOTE.
