NOTE is thus establishing itself in Norway under the name NOTE Oslo AS. NOTE's Norwegian subsidiary will be built up into a fully-fledged manufacturing unit for world-class rapid prototyping.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Nordic-PrintDesign offers cutting-edge expertise in PCB design. The company currently has 8 employees with offices in Oslo and Stockholm. This acquisition is the first step in NOTE's drive to increase its market share in Norway.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition is fully in line with NOTE's strategy of offering customers a high level of service through its NearsourcingTM concept, which means NOTE is close to its customers geographically and as a partner. Examples of the services NOTE offers are PCB layout, rapid prototyping with qualified feedback on product design, project management, seamless transfer and co-ordination of production in NOTE's more cost-efficient units in the Baltics and Poland. <\/p>\n<p>The acquisition also includes a component database that will be linked to NOTE's component management system. This database links customers' product development with NOTE's prototype production and strategic sourcing of components. This will get products to market faster. <\/p>\n<p>\"The component database will have a much greater impact because it will now be linked to NOTE's systems and its deep production knowledge.
