The record date is Monday, 9 May, and the dividend is expected to be distributed on Thursday, 12 May. <\/p>\n<p>Sten Dybeck, B\u00f6rje Andersson, Thord Johansson, Katarina Mellstr\u00f6m, Ulf Mikaelsson, Erik Stenfors and Lennart Svensson were re-elected as ordinary Board members. Lennart Jakobsson and Anders Malmeby, both of KPMG, were elected as auditors for the period until the 2008 Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The Meeting resolved that, for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, a fee of SEK 225,000 shall be paid to the Chairman and SEK 75,000 to each of the other members appointed by the Meeting and who are not employed by the company.
