Report from the Annual General Meeting of NOTE AB<\/p>\n
The Annual General Meeting of NOTE AB (publ), corporate identity number 556408-8770, on 27 April,
\ndecided in accordance with the Board's proposal not to pay a dividend
\nfor the financial year 2003.<\/p>\n
The General Meeting authorised the members of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director
\ndischarge from liability for the financial year 2003.<\/p>\n
All ordinary Board members Sten Dybeck, B\u00f6rje Andersson, Thord
\nJohansson, Katarina Mellstr\u00f6m, Ulf Mikaelsson, Erik Stenfors and Lennart
\nMr Svensson was re-elected.<\/p>\n
Lennart Jakobsson and Anders Malmeby, both KPMG, were elected as auditors
\nfor the period until the 2004 Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n
The General Meeting authorised the Board to decide on the issue of shares
\nin accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
The General Meeting decided to form a Nomination Committee in accordance with
\nthe Board's proposal.<\/p>\n
