The Annual General Meeting on 27 April of NOTE AB (publ.), corporate identity number 556408-8770, resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal not to pay any dividend for the 2003 financial year.<\/p>\n
The General Meeting discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director from liability for the financial year 2003.<\/p>\n
All ordinary Board members Sten Dybeck, B\u00f6rje Andersson, Thord Johansson, Katarina Mellstr\u00f6m, Ulf Mikaelsson, Erik Stenfors and Lennart Svensson were re-elected.<\/p>\n
Lennart Jakobsson and Anders Malmeby, both of KPMG, were elected as auditors for the period until the 2008 Annual General Meeting.<\/p>\n
The General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors to decide on the issue of shares in accordance with the Board's proposal.<\/p>\n
The General Meeting decided to set up a Nomination Committee in accordance with the Board's proposal.<\/p>\n
