The meeting elected new board members according to the main shareholders' proposals, and otherwise adopted the proposals presented, including amendments to the articles of association.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>B\u00f6rje Andersson, Chairman of the Board of Human Care AB and former CEO of Hexagon, and Katarina Mellstr\u00f6m, Vice President, Service Business Area Advise, Ericsson Radio Systems AB, were elected as new Board members. Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson and Mats Hultin had announced in advance that they intended to resign from the Board in connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting.<br \/>\nThe Extraordinary General Meeting also adopted proposals for amendments to the Articles of Association, including the possibility of holding General Meetings in Norrt\u00e4lje or Stockholm, and reducing the nominal value of shares from SEK 10 to SEK 0.50 through a 20:1 share split, increasing the number of shares in NOTE AB from 399,000 to 7,980,000.
