The number of shares increased from<br \/>\n300 000 in the previous period to 384 000 in the current period.<br \/>\n- In January, NOTE was approved by the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) as a training unit<br \/>\nfor soft soldering FSD 5115.<br \/>\n- In May, for the second year in a row, a conference called the Construction Days was organised.<br \/>\nOver two days, seminars and discussions were held on how best to<br \/>\nshould design electronics to enable efficient production.<br \/>\n- In May, the Gothenburg office was opened to handle sales and some manufacturing<br \/>\nfor NOTE's customers in western Sweden.<br \/>\n- NOTE advanced to 4th place among engineering companies in Svenska Dagbladet's<br \/>\ngrowth list published in June.<br \/>\n- NOTE's Board of Directors was strengthened by an Extraordinary General Meeting in September.<br \/>\nUlf Mikaelsson, former Head of Division at Skandia, and Lennart Svensson were elected,<br \/>\nformer CFO of Holmen.<br \/>\n- On 1 October, NOTE merged with one of southern Sweden's leading EMS providers,<br \/>\nXperi AB in Lund, with subsidiaries in Lithuania.<br \/>\nwas through a new issue of just under 22 % NOTE shares, which was approved<br \/>\nat an extraordinary general meeting on 16 October.
