The sale was conducted to cover tax liabilities. After the sale, Johannes Lind-Widestam and family's holding (private and via companies) in NOTE amounts to 308,150 shares, corresponding to approximately 1.1% of NOTE's shares. Accordingly, Johannes Lind-Widestam and family remain a major shareholder in NOTE.
