The Nomination Committee in NOTE proposes that the number of members elected by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) should be six. Since Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson has declined re-election, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Johan Hagberg (Chairman), Anna Belfrage, Kaj Falkenlund, Bahare Hederstierna, Claes Mellgren and Charlotte Stjerngren. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE's Nomination Committee for the AGM 2020 consists of:
\n- Johan Hagberg, personal holdings
\n- Martin Nilsson, <\/span><\/span>chairman of the Nomination Committee, Catella Fondf\u00f6rvaltning
\n- Niklas Johansson, Handelsbanken Fonder
\n- Thomas Tang, Mediuminvest A\/S<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be published in conjunction with the notice to the AGM 2020.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
