The call options relate to 2% of the total number of outstanding shares of NOTE.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><span>The call options are based on a total of 577,453 shares of Creades' existing NOTE holdings. Accordingly, these options do not imply any dilution of other owners' NOTE shareholdings. <\/p>\n<p>An agreement was signed between Creades and the participants Stefan Hedelius, Henrik Nygren, Robert Rosenzweig and Fredrik Schultz on 8 February 2017. Each call option entitles the holder to purchase one NOTE share from Creades for an exercise price of SEK 17.58 cash in the period 25 October-8 November 2017.
