On account of this, Charlotta Fax\u00e9n (former representative of Carnegie Fonder), resigns as member of NOTE\u00b4s Nomination Committee.<\/p>\n<p>The new Nomination Committee members for the AGM 2009 are:<\/p>\n<p>- Ulf Str\u00f6msten, representing Catella Kapitalf\u00f6rvaltning<br \/>\n- Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson, representing his own holdings<br \/>\n- Tomas Rams\u00e4lv, representing Odin Fonder<br \/>\nNOTE's AGM will be held in Stockholm on Tuesday 21 April 2009. <\/p>\n<p>Shareholder\u00b4s proposals to the Nomination Committee can be sent by e-mail to info@note.eu or to The Board of Directors, c\/o Henrik Nygren, Box 711, 182 17 Danderyd.
