{"id":16482,"date":"2008-10-21T08:45:00","date_gmt":"2008-10-21T06:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.note-ems.com\/mfn_news\/note-nomination-committee-for-the-annual-general-meeting-2009\/"},"modified":"2025-12-02T08:28:33","modified_gmt":"2025-12-02T07:28:33","slug":"note-nomination-committee-for-the-annual-general-meeting-2009","status":"publish","type":"mfn_news","link":"https:\/\/www.note-ems.com\/en\/pressmeddelande\/note-nomination-committee-for-the-annual-general-meeting-2009\/","title":{"rendered":"NOTE - Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2009"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>According to a decision made at NOTE\u00b4s Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2008, NOTE has a Nomination Committee consisting of one representative each for the four largest shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>One of the tasks for the Nomination Committee is to submit proposals to the AGM regarding Chairman of the AGM, members and Chairman of the Board of Directors, the selection of auditors, remuneration to the Board and a process for the appointment of the Nomination Committee the following year. <\/p>\n<p>The Nomination Committee members for the AGM 2009 are:<\/p>\n<p>- Ulf Str\u00f6msten, representing Catella Kapitalf\u00f6rvaltning<br \/>\n- Kjell-\u00c5ke Andersson, representing his own holdings<br \/>\n- Tomas Rams\u00e4lv, representing Odin Fonder<br \/>\n- Charlotta Fax\u00e9n, representing Carnegie Fonder.<br \/>\nNOTE's AGM will be held in Stockholm on Tuesday 21 April 2009. <\/p>\n<p>Shareholder\u00b4s proposals to the Nomination Committee can be sent by e-mail to info@note.eu or to The Board of Directors, c\/o Henrik Nygren, Box 711, 182 17 Danderyd.
