Business Analyst-planning, manufacturing, & logistics
NOTE is looking for someone who wants to play a key role in strengthening our processes and working methods linked to ERP and our most business-critical flows in planning, manufacturing and logistics. In this role, you'll have overall responsibility for driving cross-functional consensus and standardisation, ensuring that our end-to-end flows are connected between functions and sites, and creating a clear structure for how operations and system support interact.
You will lead the functional work of the Group Process Coordinators (GPC) and become a central link between business needs and sustainable, long-term solutions. The role is not just about systems - it's about establishing clear ways of working, improving processes and creating a common direction that strengthens both efficiency and quality across the value chain.
This is a role for someone who wants to combine strategic big-picture thinking with operational impact - and who is motivated by making people, processes and systems work seamlessly together.
Your main responsibilities
- Drive and facilitate process mapping, improvement and standardisation in planning/manufacturing/logistics.
- Establish and manage clear ways of working and common approaches.
- Translate business needs into structured process changes and system support requirements (without being a technical developer).
- Coordinate dialogue, priorities and decision-making with cross-functional roles and teams.
- Conduct analytical work such as requirements gathering, gap analyses and impact analyses linked to ERP.
- Be involved in the IFS implementation
Who are you?
You have a strong commitment to the business and thrive close to reality even if the role is based at HQ. You are self-motivated and persistent and thrive in environments where all the structure is not yet in place. You see opportunities where others see ambiguity and take responsibility for creating clear ways of working, processes and priorities. By analysing, testing and following up, you build functioning structures and adjust them when something is not working. With a high capacity to take on new issues, you can switch between details and the big picture to create functioning end-to-end flows.
Experience & Expertise
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Experience of working closely with operations: production, logistics, supply chain and other business functions.
- Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams, in particular Group Process Coordinators, Application Lifecycle Managers and architecture teams.
- Experience in process development linked to ERP systems with a focus on process design, improvement and standardisation.
- Good communication skills and experience in facilitating workshops (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap/impact analyses).
- Very good Swedish and English
Meritorious
- Good understanding of how business processes are translated into system support and can reason about end-to-end flows (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce).
- Experience with IFS
- Change management and introduction of new ways of working in the organisation.
- Academic degree in engineering or economics
