Sales Director-Medtech, Mobility & Industry to NOTE AB
NOTE is looking for an experienced and business-driven leader in Business Development with elements of Strategic Account Management who wants to drive growth in our prioritised segments: Medtech, Mobility and Industry. You have extensive experience from commercial roles in industry, technology or manufacturing and a proven ability to win complex deals, established sector contacts in industrial/medtech/mobility and an ability to develop strategic customer relationships and create profitable growth regionally and internationally. You are used to driving teamwork in matrix organisations with responsibility for functional management of people.
The role is at the centre of NOTE's commercial strategy and involves a high degree of personal responsibility, a clear performance mandate and close collaboration with product, engineering and manufacturing. You report to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer.

You are a senior, business-oriented and strategic relationship builder who is confident in the dialogue with management teams and procurement/R&D organisations. You drive business from idea to long-term partnership, work in a structured way and easily mobilise internal teams to deliver competitive solutions. You thrive in a role where operational sales work at customer sites is combined with long-term commercial development. Experience of managing people from different functions in a matrix organisation is an advantage.
Experience & Expertise
- At least 12 years of B2B experience in industry, engineering, medtech or manufacturing, of which at least 8 years in sales
- Established industry contacts in industrial/medtech/mobility
- Proven success in complex, multi-stakeholder business sales with long sales cycles and analytical ability to evaluate cost and production chains
- Solid experience in strategic customer development and new customer acquisition
- Ability to own and drive the entire business process - from prospect to contract and further development
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams functionally
- Commercial and technical understanding that enables value-added customer solutions
- Experience in procurement, framework agreements and customer plans
- Very good Swedish and English
Education and training
- Academic degree in engineering or economics
Meritorious
- Experience in contract manufacturing/EMS or related segments
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in medtech/industrial organisations
- Good analytical skills and familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint for business cases and data analysis, preferably with the support of AI
Your responsibilities
- Drive growth in your segments through new customer acquisition and development of existing strategic accounts
- Leading the entire sales process and ensuring competitive, value-added offers
- Develop and implement customer strategies and segment plans
- Managing complex business with multiple stakeholders and decision chains
- Work in a structured way with customer plans, tenders, offers and contracts
- Coordinate internal resources (product, technology, manufacturing) for high delivery precision and profitability
- Actively contribute to NOTE's commercial strategy and market position

About the service
The position is full-time and based at the head office in central Stockholm, alternatively in Gothenburg. The position includes travelling both within the Nordic region and internationally.
