About the service
This is a 6-month consultancy assignment with good opportunities for over-recruitment. In this role, you'll initially be employed by Bravura, and it's stated that NOTE Lund intends to offer you employment with them in the long term. This gives both you and NOTE Lund a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you like your co-operation.

This warehouse worker position is based in Lund, where they have a factory with around 100 employees. They focus on high precision, sustainability and customised solutions, making them a reliable partner in electronics production.
Duties and tasks
As a warehouse worker at NOTE Lund, you're responsible for the company's outbound deliveries, ensuring that each delivery reaches the customer correctly and efficiently. Together with your colleague, you'll pack and ship goods, handle customs and freight documentation, and book transport. You'll be involved in the entire outbound delivery process, from registering and confirming customer orders to following up to ensure that all goods are handled in a structured and secure way.
The role also involves customer contact regarding orders and deliveries, where you contribute to a professional and smooth service experience. In addition, you will participate in developing and streamlining the company's freight and transport flows and ensure compliance with applicable logistics and freight agreements.

Education, experience and personal characteristics
- Completed and passed secondary school diploma
- Experience in warehouse work or logistics
- Forklift licence is an advantage
- Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
