CEO Johannes Lind-Widestam increases his holding in NOTE
An Extraordinary General Meeting in 2019 resolved on a three-year incentive programme for NOTE's CEO Johannes Lind-Widestam based on a directed issue of a maximum of 400,000 warrants.
Johannes Lind-Widestam has decided to acquire all shares in full according to the terms of the programme. In total, this means that the company will receive approximately SEK 12 million and the number of outstanding shares will increase by 400,000, which means a dilution of just over 1%. After certain divestments to finance the share acquisition, Johannes's holdings privately, via companies and related parties will amount to 497,100 shares in NOTE.
”NOTE's sales and profitability have developed successfully in recent years. 2021 was a new record year, and in connection with our Q4 report, we announced that we expect very strong growth in 2022 as well. For the first quarter, we expect growth in the order of 50%”, says Johannes Lind-Widestam, President and CEO.
