Report from the Annual General Meeting of NOTE AB

The Annual General Meeting on 27 April of NOTE AB (publ.), corporate identity number 556408-8770, resolved in accordance with the Board of Directors' proposal not to pay any dividend for the 2003 financial year.

The General Meeting discharged the members of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director from liability for the financial year 2003.

All ordinary Board members Sten Dybeck, Börje Andersson, Thord Johansson, Katarina Mellström, Ulf Mikaelsson, Erik Stenfors and Lennart Svensson were re-elected.

Lennart Jakobsson and Anders Malmeby, both of KPMG, were elected as auditors for the period until the 2008 Annual General Meeting.

The General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors to decide on the issue of shares in accordance with the Board's proposal.

The General Meeting decided to set up a Nomination Committee in accordance with the Board's proposal.
