Curt Lönnström proposed as new Chairman of the Board of NOTE

Ahead of NOTE's AGM on 25 April 2007, NOTE's Nomination Committee has decided to propose to the AGM the re-election of Board members Curt Lönnström, Sten Dybeck (who has declined re-election as Chairman) and Lennart Svensson. Ulf Mikaelsson and Arne Forslund have declined re-election. The Nomination Committee proposes Kaj Samlin and Magnus Dybeck as new members of the Board.

It is further proposed that Curt Lönnström, born 1943, MBA, be elected Chairman of the Board. Mr Lönnström also has board assignments in e.g. Catena, Poolia, HQ Bank, Uniflex. Mr Lönnström, Mr Samlin and Mr Svensson are ”independent members”.

”As principal owner of the company, I am very pleased that such an experienced industrialist as Curt Lönnström has agreed to take over the chairmanship of NOTE. My intention is to continue to be a significant shareholder in the company,” says Sten Dybeck.

This year's Nomination Committee consists of the following members:
- Sten Dybeck, representing own holdings and companies, Chairman and also principal owner of NOTE
- Nils Petter Hollekim, representing Odin Fonder
- Kjell-Åke Andersson, representing own holding
