Göran Jansson appointed Acting President and CEO of NOTE
Göran Jansson is Deputy Chairman and has been a member of NOTE's Board of Directors since spring 2007. Göran was previously CFO of Kinnevik and then CFO and Deputy CEO of ASSA ABLOY for some ten years.

”NOTE has faced major challenges in adapting its costs and service offering to the lower demand on the EMS market. Major personnel changes have been implemented in recent years, and a significant share of production now takes place at the group's units outside Sweden. We will now further increase our focus on cost and capital efficiency to become a leading supplier in the Nordic market. The Board believes that this requires a change in leadership and has initiated the recruitment of a replacement for Knut Pogost. During an interim period, Göran Jansson will maintain his position as President and CEO of NOTE.
