The deal in brief
- ITAB Industri AB sells its subsidiary ITAB Elektronik AB to NOTE AB.
- The purchase price consists of 15,000 newly issued NOTE shares.
- The change affects around 60 employees at factories in Nyköping and Skänninge.
- The deal means that ITAB will focus on the business areas of shop fittings and plastics.
- The acquisition will give NOTE full coverage of the Swedish electronics market.
