New number of shares and votes in NOTE

The number of shares and votes in NOTE AB (publ) ("NOTE") has decreased as a result of the AGM's resolution to reduce the share capital by cancelling own shares.

Today, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in NOTE is 28,483,600. There is only one class of shares and the company holds no treasury shares at the time of this press release. The share capital amounts to SEK 15,011,729.98.
