NOTE's principal owner and Chairman of the Board Sten Dybeck comments:
”The Board of Directors is very pleased that we have been able to attract an internationally experienced businessman to NOTE. Kaj Samlin has solid experience of building a manufacturing industry and extensive experience of international business development. This fits well with the plans we have for the NOTE group. As today's year-end report shows, after the difficult year 2005, NOTE has now returned to normal profitability and growth, which makes us confident about future development opportunities.”

NOTE's outgoing CEO Arne Forslund comments:
”This has been a very exciting and intensive period at NOTE, with major changes in a short time. The first phase of restructuring and refocusing operations has now been launched, and NOTE has become an expansive and profitable company. NOTE's future prospects are bright. As the Board of Directors and I have different views on the pace of change and future direction, we have decided by mutual consent to go our separate ways. It has been a stimulating period, and I want to thank all my colleagues, who have been a source of great satisfaction during my time at NOTE.”
