NOTE AB enters into strategic co-operation agreement
In line with NOTE's vision of becoming one of Europe's leading EMS suppliers by 2009, NOTE launched a Gateway in the UK at the end of 2004. NOTE's intention was to have an Excellence Unit in the UK in 2005 to offer existing and new customers the full range of services from design to low-volume production in the UK, and then seamlessly transfer production to NOTE's low-cost, high-volume plants in Eastern Europe.
Until now, NOTE has been looking for an EMS partner in the UK with similar ideals and attitude as NOTE and is now pleased to announce the strategic partnership with Jaltek Systems.
Jaltek has a good reputation, trusted by leading corporations and global multinational customers for delivering consistent quality through NPI and low-volume production. These market segments also complement NOTE's own plants in the Nordics, with customers in the medical, defence, automotive, radio and TV sectors, together with embedded computer systems and development of I/P platforms.
