NOTE expands co-operation with Waystream Group

After a number of years of fruitful collaboration for both parties, Swedish telecoms company Waystream has decided to appoint NOTE as its exclusive production partner for its products. NOTE initiated a production partnership with Waystream in 2020 when Waystream recognised the benefits of locating production in Sweden alongside its existing production in Asia. The collaboration between Waystream and NOTE's plant in Lund has progressed well over the years, and by becoming Waystream's exclusive production partner, the partnership is now deepening further. NOTE Lund's previous volume share corresponded to some 60%, and transfer to full volumes is ongoing and expected to be finalised in the summer. Waystream had sales of SEK 115 million in 2024, corresponding to growth of 15%, and has a strong market position in its segment.

”By deepening our collaboration with NOTE and appointing our plant in Lund as our exclusive production partner, we're gaining greater control over our logistics chain and enhancing delivery reliability. Sustainability issues are also very important to us as a company, and having all our production closer to our main end markets is important, and we're also attracted by NOTE's focus and work on sustainability issues.”, says Fredrik Lundberg, CEO of Waystream Group.

”We continue to see strong interest in NOTE's services as a production partner, and we're well positioned to meet demand from customers wanting to move their production from Asia to Europe. NOTE's focus on quality and delivery precision, where we have an industry-leading position, together with our focus on sustainability, is a strength in our dialogues with customers. We are proud and pleased to further deepen our partnership with Waystream.”, says Johannes Lind-Widestam, NOTE's President and CEO.
