NOTE has signed a contract for a new factory in Lund

NOTE has signed an agreement with property developer Wihlborgs to build a new factory for its operations in NOTE Lund. This is to enable NOTE to meet increasing demand in the coming years. The property will be leased over 15 years.

Building a new plant will give NOTE Lund just over 9,000 square metres of space adapted to its business purposes. The expansion forecast for the coming years will more than compensate for increased operating costs. The leased property where operations are currently conducted will be vacated in 2026 when the new property is completed.

”Looking ahead, NOTE sees continued rising demand from its customers. Despite a weaker economy in 2024, we see that our customers” forecasts are strong, and to meet this demand, we need to expand our plant in Lund.", says Johannes Lind-Widestam, President and CEO.
