NOTE invites you to a press conference regarding planned
listing on the stock exchange
In view of the decision to apply for listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's O-
list, NOTE AB (publ) will hold a press conference today at 11.00 at
Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission AB, Norrlandsgatan 15 in Stockholm.
NOTE is one of Sweden's leading contract manufacturers of electronics and
and offers specialist expertise in electronics production throughout
the value chain; from design and development through manufacturing to
aftermarket. Most of the production is carried out at
production facilities in Sweden, Lithuania and Poland. Through ems-
ALLIANCE, a self-initiated network of electronics manufacturers, offers
market-orientated production on four continents. Net sales for the year
2003 amounted to SEK 859 million and profit before tax to 63
million. For the first quarter of 2004, net sales and
profit before tax to SEK 286 million and SEK 20 million respectively. The number of
employees in the Group as at 31 March 2004 was 919.
