NOTE Norrtelje expands capacity

To meet the increased demand for microelectronics produced in cleanrooms, NOTE Norrtelje has invested in increased production capacity. At the beginning of April, a new cleanroom of 300 m2, which means a doubling of the area for cleanroom production. In parallel with the expansion, the machinery has been updated and production is in accordance with ISO 14644-1 (ISO class 7). The customer offering has been strengthened and in addition to precision assembly for complex environments, advanced microelectronics processes such as Wedge, Ball bonding and Die bonding are now also offered.

”We have successfully attracted several new customers to our microlab in Norrtälje and we have now significantly expanded our manufacturing capacity. We have a high level of expertise in microelectronics, which is in demand from customers in medical technology, among others. We are also proud to have started a collaboration with, for example, CERN, a high-tech European institute for nuclear research,” says Johannes Lind-Widestam, President and CEO.
