NOTE Norrtelje first Swedish electronics manufacturer with TS certification
A TS certification puts a strong focus on securing all processes before starting series production. The system makes it easier for individual customers to require the TS certified manufacturer to follow manuals according to the customer's wishes to ensure quality production.
- During the downturn in the telecoms sector, we've actively sought new production in other segments, and we've been successful in broadening our customer base," says Mats Hultin, CEO of NOTE Norrtelje AB. - Several suppliers to the automotive industry are among our new customers. Since they wanted TS certification, it was a no-brainer for us to invest in it," continues Hultin.
The certification process has been underway for a year, with Semko-Dekra as auditor and issuer of the certificate. We believe that we can attract more customers in the automotive industry thanks to the certification," concludes Mats Hultin.
