NOTE Norrtelje won the competition for best co-operation with schools

- This is really exciting for both us and Roslagsskolan. The purpose of NOTE's project has been to interest students in technology, and specifically the electronics industry. It's also useful for us as a company to know what young people think and feel today, after all, they're the ones who will be running companies like NOTE in the future," says Mikael Sjödahl, Project Manager at NOTE Norrtelje.
NOTE Norrtelje and Roslagsskolan have been collaborating for three years, and the partnership gives students access to the company's know-how in advanced electronics production through study visits and PRAO at NOTE, and through NOTE staff teaching courses at the school.
- Our electronics students have gained insight into the company through
co-operation. "We're very grateful to NOTE for getting involved in teaching. The students have appreciated the collaboration, and I can see that they grow as people during the internships," says Ola Nässén, Roslagsskolan.
Now it's time to look ahead. Out of a total of 205 nominated entries, 21 regional winners remain to compete in the national competition in Stockholm on 22 May.
- "Of course, we hope that our collaborative project will go far in the final, but this is just the icing on the cake, we are now working on the planning for our continued collaboration with Roslagsskolan," concludes Mikael Sjödahl.
