NOTE - Nomination Committee for the 2013 Annual General Meeting
In accordance with the resolution of NOTE's 2012 AGM, NOTE has a Nomination Committee consisting of one representative of each of the four largest shareholders that wish to participate.
Among the tasks of the Nomination Committee is to prepare proposals for the AGM regarding the Chairman of the AGM, the Chairman of the Board, the members of the Board, the auditors and the remuneration of the Board. The Nomination Committee also prepares a process for the appointment of the Nomination Committee for the following year.
The Nomination Committee for the 2013 Annual General Meeting consists of:
- Kjell-Åke Andersson, representing own holding
- Bruce Grant, representing Garden Growth Capital LLC
- Daniel Nyhrén, representing Creades AB
- Mr Peter Zonabend, representing Museion Förvaltning AB, appointed by Banque Carnegie Luxembourg S.A.
NOTE's AGM will be held in Stockholm on Monday, 22 April 2013.
