NOTE wins a new client in the field of AI data centre hardware

NOTE has signed an agreement with a new customer in the field of hardware for advanced data centre applications. The deal involves the manufacture of a new product for use in demanding data centre environments, a sector that is growing rapidly in line with the increasing expansion of AI infrastructure.

Production is expected to commence in the first quarter of 2027, with production volumes gradually increasing throughout the year. Based on current estimates, the deal has the potential to reach an annualised rate of approximately SEK 100 million in 2028. The product consists of several printed circuit boards that are integrated into a complete box-build solution.

– This is an important deal for NOTE and clear evidence that our offering in PCBA, box build and industrialisation is well positioned for the growing market for AI data centres with high reliability requirements. We are delighted with the trust placed in us by the customer and see good opportunities to develop the business as the market continues to grow, says Johannes Lind-Widestam, President and CEO of NOTE.

The deal strengthens NOTE’s position in advanced electronics for growing, technology-intensive market segments. It also underlines the company’s role as a long-term manufacturing partner for customers with high standards in terms of quality, traceability, delivery precision and scalable production capacity.  By combining industrialisation expertise, efficient sourcing and flexible production, NOTE helps customers grow faster and with lower risk.
