Significant adaptation costs incurred in the third quarter

Financial performance January-September
- Sales decreased by 30% to SEK 908.6 (1,295.0) million
- The operating result amounted to SEK -88.1 (44.1) million, including non-recurring costs of SEK 63.7 million
- The operating margin amounted to -9.71% (3.41%)
- Profit after net financial items amounted to SEK -93.7 (36.0) million
- Profit after tax amounted to SEK -71.1 (23.4) million, corresponding to SEK -7.39 (2.43) per share
- Cash flow after investments totalled SEK 9.7 (31.3) million, corresponding to SEK 1.01 (3.25) per share

Financial performance July-September
- Sales decreased by 331 thousand tonnes to SEK 267.4 (398.5) million
- The operating result amounted to SEK -61.4 (14.2) million, including non-recurring costs of SEK 55.7 million attributable to the decision to discontinue production of a major product in Telecom
- The operating margin amounted to -23.01% (3.61%)
- Profit after net financial items amounted to SEK -62.7 (12.0) million
- Profit after tax amounted to SEK -46.6 (7.7) million
- Cash flow after investments totalled SEK 14.2 (1.9) million

Significant events January-September
- Knut Pogost appointed President and CEO of NOTE
- Market breakthrough for Nearsourcing - Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace has decided to use the NOTEfied component database in the development of new products based on the collaboration with the Nearsourcing Centre in Oslo
- Nearsourcing brings new customers - new co-operation agreements signed with OTRUM, Telespor, Tour & Andersson, Radi Medical Systems and Radiocrafts, among others
- Structural change in Telecom - decision to discontinue production of a major product at NOTE's largest customer in Telecom requires further downsizing of operations at NOTE's Skellefteå unit
