Financial performance January-June
- Sales decreased by 281 thousand tonnes to SEK 641.2 (896.5) million
- The operating result amounted to SEK -26.7 (29.9) million, including non-recurring costs of just over 8
million in connection with the change of CEO in June
- The operating margin amounted to -4.21 FTE3T (3.31 FTE3T)
- Profit after net financial items amounted to SEK -31.0 (24.0) million
- Profit after tax amounted to SEK -24.5 (15.7) million, corresponding to SEK -2.54 (1.63) per share
- Cash flow after investments amounted to SEK -4.5 (29.4) million, corresponding to SEK -0.47 (3.05) per share
Financial performance April-June
- Sales decreased by 331 thousand tonnes to SEK 312.1 (469.2) million
- The operating result amounted to SEK -18.1 (16.2) million, including non-recurring costs of just over 8
million in connection with the change of CEO in June
- Operating margin amounted to -5.81% (3.41%)
- Profit after net financial items amounted to SEK -19.8 (12.5) million
- Profit after tax amounted to SEK -16.0 (8.2) million
- Cash flow after investments totalled SEK 10.8 (5.4) million
Significant events January-June
- Knut Pogost appointed President and CEO of NOTE
- Continued strategic transformation - measures taken to relocate labour-intensive manufacturing and
purchasing services to the Group's entities in cost-efficient countries. In line with previously decided
restructuring, the number of employees in Sweden was reduced by 135 people, equivalent to 241 FTE3T
- New financing agreement signed with NOTE's bank connection
- Market breakthrough for Nearsourcing - Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace has based its cooperation
with the Nearsourcing Centre in Oslo decided to use the NOTEfied component database in developing
of new products
- Nearsourcing brings new customers - new co-operation agreements signed with OTRUM, Telespor and others,
Tour & Andersson and Radiocrafts
