NOTE's rights issue finalised

NOTE's recently completed rights issue is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

As a result of the issue, the number of shares and votes in the company increased in May 2010 as follows:

Before the new share issue, NOTE had a total of 9,624,200 shares and votes. The number of shares and votes increased by 19,248,400 through the new share issue. After the new share issue, there were a total of 28,872,600 shares and votes in the company as of 31 May 2010.
